Land, of the Capital Outjay Account Classification of the
1963 appropriation for 63,Airport improvement Fund; and
appropriating the sum of $28,250.80 from the unappropriated
monieS of the Municipal Airport Fund to Account 6-10, Land-
of the Capital Outlay Account Classification of the i963
appropriation for 39-Municipal Airport.Fund.'
WHEREAS, there are unappropriated monies In the Airport improve-
ment Fund and the Municipal Airport of the City of Yakima, and_
WHEREAS, additional funds are required in Account 6-10, Land,
of the Capital Outlay Account Classification of the 1,963 appropriations
for 63-Airport improvement Fund and 39-Municipal Airport Fund, in order
to pay the costs of and acquisition for airport clear zone purposes,
and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the ;963 Budget it could
not have been reasonably foreseen that such additional appropriations
. would be required, and the City Council finds that an emeroancy exists
of the type contemplated in R.C.W. 35.33.090, and that it is in - the
best interests of the people of the City of Yakima to make the appro-
priations herein provided, now, therefore,

Secti,on That the sum of $4,249.20 js hereby appropriated from
the unapprdpriated ponies in the Airport ImprOement Fund to Account
610, Land, of the Capital Outlay Account Ciassification of the 1963
appropriation for 63-Ai.rport Improvement Fund.
Sectjon_2. That the sum of $28,250.80 iSMereby appropriated
from the unappropriated monies in the Municipal Airport Fund to Account
6-tO, Land, of the Capital Cutiay Account Cassification of the 1963
411 appropriation for 39 -Municipai Airport Fund.
,Sectjon 3. This Ordinance is one making an appropriation and
shaii take effect immediateiy upon its passage, approval and publica
tion as provided by !aw and by the City Charter.
