Subject: Yakima Parks and Recreation Outdoor Swimming Pool Information
At the October 13, 2026 City Council meeting, information was requested regarding the two Yakima
outdoor public swimming pools. The expenses for Franklin Pool and the MLK Jr. Aquatic Center
will be close to actual, but we will have some minimal expenses for utilities and the City Services
costs for the remainder of the year.
