If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election. 6. Council Reports 7. Resolution approving an Memorandum of Understanding with Seattle Police Department to support Yakima Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigations H.
