If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election. 5. Open Discussion for the Good of the Order A. Resolution authorizing award and agreement with Albina Asphalt to purchase liquid asphalt and fog seal products (REET/Capital Funds) E. Resolution approving a grant application for Office on Violence Against Women Fiscal Year 2026 Firearms Technical Assistance Project Pilot Site Initiative F.
