WHEREAS, on . ,,(A,Kg . 1959, at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council, a hearing was had upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission that certain specified property in the City of Yakima, to-wit% Lot 21, Harland Addition. be rezoned from R-2, Two Family Residential to R-3, Multiple Family Residential, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that auch recommendation of the Planning Commissiom for such rezoning should be approved for the following reasons, to-wit: That such rezoning is in accord with good planning and with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Yakima; that the majority of property owners in the vicinity do not oppose the change in classification; that the needs of the city and community do reauire such change and that the highest and best use is for Multiple Family Residential purposes, now, therefore, BE IT ORD:.I1131) BY THE CITY OP YAKINA% Section 1.
