HEREAS. on 41,.,7v at a regUlarly . scheduled meeting of the City Council, a hearing was had upon the recemmfendation Of the Planning Commission that certain specified property in the City of Yakima, to-wit: Lots three and four MacCriMmon and Needham's Subdivision of lots numbered fifty-eitht, fifty- . nine and sixty of Ker's Villa tots. be rezoned from R-3, Multiple :Family Residential to B-2, Local Business Zone, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such recommendation . of the Planning Commission for such rezoning should be ap)roved . 111 for the following reasons, to-wit:, That such rezoning is in accord with good planning and with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Yakima; that the majority of property owners in the vicinity do not oppose the change in classification; that the needs of the city , ,and community do require such change and that the highest and best use is for local Business purposes, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKINAA Section 1.
