The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election. 5. Open Discussion for the Good of the Order A. Resolution authorizing an agreement with MBI Construction Services Inc. for the Public Works Wash Bay Enclosure Project 2857 D. Resolution authorizing the conditional settlement agreement to resolve and settle the lawsuit brought by the Estate of Amber M. Rodriguez, deceased, E.E.H, a minor child; and L.E.H, a minor child (Risk Management Fund) 8. Public Hearings A.
