ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Total Site Services
LLC for Systemic Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project 2675 (No
Budgetary Impact)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City of Yakima Project 2675 provided for reconstruction of the N 5th Avenue &W D Street Intersection.
Including sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, crossing improvements, RRFB
installation, excavation, grading, and related improvements. Project was funded through Washington
State Department of Transportation with federal funds from HSIP and the Transportation Improvement
Board Complete Streets.
Final inspection for this project has been completed, and project acceptance is recommended. Project
completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue.
Project Manager: Gray & Osborne, Inc.
Contractor: Total Site Services LLC
Contract Award: $517,000.00
Final Contract Cost: $506,928.15
Retainage Due: $0
City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
