For Meeting of: June 9, 2026 ITEM TITLE: Juneteenth Freedom Week proclamation SUBMITTED BY: Vicki Baker, City Manager SUMMARY EXPLANATION: At the June 2, 2026 Council meeting, there was a motion to add a Juneteenth Freedom Week proclamation to the June 9 agenda. The motion was approved unanimously. Attached for Council consideration is the proclamation. If approved, the proclamation will be read and presented to Rev. Trimble and Adrianne Garner.
