The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance” form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. Executive Session - 5:15 p.m. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Interpreter Services 4. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. Resolution authorizing the application of Federal Grant for a portion of Work Package 2 - Airport Terminal Ticketing Counter& Baggage Handling at the Yakima Air Terminal - McAllister Field (FAA Grants/SIED Funds) B. Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to incorporate the increase in rates for the Refuse Division. C. Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to incorporate the increase in rates for the Stormwater Division. D. Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to incorporate the increase in rates for the Water Division. E. Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to incorporate the increase in rates for the Wastewater Division. F. Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from unappropriated fund balances in various funds for expenditures during 2026, including 2025 encumbrances (First Reading) 10.
