ITEM TITLE: Recognition of retiring Community Outreach Specialist John Fannin

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Community Outreach Specialist John Fannin will retire at the end of April after working for the City for
nearly a decade. John has contributed tremendously to the City's outreach and communications efforts.
John's contributions to the City and the community will be recognized at the City Council's May 5th
regular meeting.
