ITEM TITLE: First Tee Expression of Interest to Lease and Operate Fisher Park
Golf Course

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At their March 3rd Council meeting, Council passed a motion requesting staff provide an update on an
unsolicited proposal from First Tee of Central Washington to lease Fisher Park to operate a public golf
course. Staff will provide information on Fisher Park, the First Tee Expression of Interest and next steps
if Council is interested in pursuing the opportunity.

RECOMMENDATION: Either No Action

Motion to Authorize the City Manager to Publish a Request for Proposals for Fisher Park and Seek
