WHEREAS Local Improvemertt DistrIlot Wo. 661 was created
by Ordinance No 33 of the City of Yakima, passed by the City
. Council on September 30, 1959, and
. ,
WHEIIRAS., 6aid Local Improvement District No 881 was for
. the purpose of paving the following described alley, to-wit:
. .
Alley West from North 1st Street 325 feet
• . South of and parallel to Oak Street .
adjacent to the Holiday Motor Hotel in Yakima, Washington, and
WHEREAS„ the President of said Holiday Motor Hotel, to-wit:
' Paul A. Cook, has notified the City that he prefers to perform
such work, the Holiday Motor Hotel being the sole party to bone-
.
fit by said paving, by his own force s and requesting thec, said
11 1 Local Improvement District No 881 be dissolved, pew, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1 That Ordinance No 33 of the City of Yakima

Section .20, That Local Improv District No, 881 is
hereby dissolved.
Section 3. This ordlnaneo shall be in full. force arc. effect
30 days after its final passage, approval and Publication as,pro-
videdby law and the city charter.
