The restrooms have been locked since October & the 1 portapotty removed since January 2026. I, and easily dozens of family & school groups (daycare kids, school track runners, tennis enthusiasts (9 courts), dog & people "walkers", those exercising for rehab, tourist visitors) —all use Kissel Park daily-6am till dark. All are dismayed to find NO toilet facilities. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Are restrooms in other city facilities —courtrooms, libraries, assessor/audit/planning, parks & Rec offices, city hall, libraries —also locked?? (I double that!) At minimum, our taxes should cover open park restrooms. We are entering the heavy use season for Kissel Park in particular. Please unlock the restrooms. We can bring our own TP, & hand sanitizer—just keep toileting inside the bathrooms & out of the "bushes", for all of us who love & use this park. Thank you.
