Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours prior to the start of the meeting. Resolution accepting Change Order No. 1 with Ascent Foundation & More LLC for Project AC2750/SC2605 Expanding Water and Wastewater Access to Underserved Communities (Wastewater Capital Fund 476) F. Resolution authorizing Supplemental Agreement 1 with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. for engineering services associated with the 28th Avenue Vicinity Sewer Improvements project (Wastewater Capital Fund 476) G. Resolution authorizing acceptance of Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) award for the Fair Avenue Multimodal Improvements Project 2903 (Streets Capital and TBD Fund) H.
