ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Washington
Roofing Solutions LLC for Fire Station 94 Re-Roofing Project 2851
(No Budgetary Impact)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City of Yakima Project 2851 provided for removing the existing and installing a new roof system for Fire
Station 94 Project 2851. Project funded by REET.
Final inspection for this project has been completed, and project acceptance is recommended. Project
completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue.
Project Manager: Randy Tabert
Contractor: Washington Roofing Solutions LLC
Contract Award: $54,294.04
Final Contract Cost: $66,344.58
Retainage Due: $3,063.00
City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
ITEM BUDGETED: Yes
STRATEGIC PRIORITY 24-25: A Resilient Yakima
RECOMMENDATION: Accept Project.
