R-2026-011 amend master fee schedule_parks, recreation, cemetery rates
RESOLUTION NO. R-2026-011 A RESOLUTION of the City of Yakima, Washington, amending a Master Fee Schedule. WHEREAS, the City's fees are found in the Master Fee Schedule, adopted and amended by resolution; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Division periodically reviews its fees on a regular basis and after budget discussions in 2025 did a review of its fees; and WHEREAS, after staff reviewed the fees and evaluated whether or not fees should be changed, the Parks and Recreation Manager presented the proposed changes to the Parks, Recreation and Tahoma Cemetery rates with Council on January 13, 2026; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the attached fees and charges to be adequate and appropriate; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yakima finds that it is in the best interests of the City and its residents to update the Master Fee Schedule to amend the Parks, Recreation, and Tahoma Cemetery fees; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The Master Fee Schedule with regards to the rates, fees and charges for Parks, Recreation, and Tahoma Cemeter, as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein, are hereby adopted by this reference shall be and is hereby amended, ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 20th day of January, 2026.
