A quorum of the Council was not present at the event.
In attendance were Mayor Patricia Byers, Assistant Mayor Matt Brown, and Councilmember
Rick Glenn
Staff: City Manager Vicki Baker and Assistant City Manager Gary Ballew
Absent and Excused: Councilmembers Reedy Berg, Danny Herrera, Leo Roy, and Janice
Deccio

None.
3. Special Meeting Items
A. Public Meet and Greet with Airport Director candidates
Councilmembers participated in a public meet and greet event for the Airport Director
position finalists.
4. Adjournment
The event concluded at 11:00 a.m. The next meeting will be a City Council regular meeting
on December 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Councilha`mbers.
