ITEM TITLE: Set February 3, 2026 as the date for a public hearing on the
Lochridge Annexation in the vicinity of Loren PI and S. 80th Ave.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A Notice of Intent to Annex was received on February 5, 2025 and accepted by Council on August 19,
2025. The Petition (25-03) was drafted and signed by 100°/0 of property owners, as certified by the
Yakima County Assessor on November 14, 2025. The Lochridge Annexation contains approximately
5.24 acres of land zoned R-1.

RECOMMENDATION: Set date for public hearing
