The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance. Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. Approval of minutes from the November 12, 2025 study session and November 18, 2025 City Council regular meeting B. Resolution adopting the City Council regular meeting schedule for 2026 C. Resolution denying approval of Right of Way Use Permit Application RL250069 for two connex boxes and a used cooking oil can in the back of the Minado Buffett building along 501 N Front Street. 1 458 D. Resolution authorizing a contract extension with DC Vending and Distributing for food and beverage vending services at the Yakima Air Terminal/McAllister Field E. Adjournment The next meeting is a City Council regular meeting on December 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. 13. Council General Information Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
