For Meeting of: November 18, 2025 ITEM TITLE: October 2025 Investment Transaction Report SUBMITTED BY: Craig Warner, Director of Finance and Budget SUMMARY EXPLANATION: This monthly report is provided in accordance with RCW 35.39.032, which requires the responsible official or committee to report all investment transactions to the City Council each month. A comprehensive Treasury report is also presented quarterly, offering detailed investment positions, analysis, economic outlook, and strategy updates. ITEM BUDGETED: N/A STRATEGIC PRIORITY 24-25: A Resilient Yakima RECOMMENDATION: Submitted for review. No action necessary.
