HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-008 Police Services Fee Schedule Update; YMC Amendment 1.70.010ORDINANCE NO. 2017-008 AN ORDINANCE relating to Public Services; amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code for the purpose of updating the fee schedule for certain police services. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The following section, 1.70.010, of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.70.010 Generally. A. Fees Imposed. There is imposed a fee payable by each person requesting services listed in subsection B of this section. B. Schedule of Fees and Collection. The police chief is authorized to charge and collect fees from each person requesting any services listed below according to the following schedule: Service Unit Fingerprint cards (not classified—not including Per card applicants for concealed weapon permits) Verification report of lost or stolen property and crimes against persons Traffic accident report (including witness statements if requested by the victim or victim' representative). (RCW 42.56.120) Accident reports beginning 2016 are also available at www.buycrash_com. Standard photocopies, letter or legal, per page (RCW 42.56.120) COBAN video on DVD (per DVD) and digital photos on CD-ROM 9per CD Local record check plus clearance letter for visa, passport, etc. Notary service CPL (Concealed Pistol Permit) New Permit – application fee FBI fee for New Permit (FBI fee subject to change) Renew (prior to expiration) Renew (within 90 days of Expiration) Replacement YPD Supplied card Additional per card Per report :.................................................
