ORDINANCE NO 1/2
AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a perpetual easement
in favor of the City of Yakima, Washington, for the
purpose of laying, operating and maintaining a sewer
pipe line upon the following described property
to-wit: The East 5 feet of the West 80 feet of the
Nerth 150 feet of Lot 10, Cottage Hill Addition; and,
the North 10 feet of the South 155 feet of the East
189 feet of Lot 10, Cottage Hill Addition; and the
Wet 50 feet of the North 10 feet of the South 155
feet of Lot 55 in Ker's Villa Lots all within the
City of Yaaw '9 Washington.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council
of the City of Yakima providing for the vacation of the herein-
after described property; and
WHEREAS, by resolution adopted by the City Council a
hearing on said petition was set for the 25th day of Nay 1960

at the hour of 300 o'clock P.M. in the office of the City
Council at the city Hall, Yakima, Washington, and notices thereof
were duly given in the manner provided by statute and by the City
Clerk of said City, and
WHEREAS, upon the hearing on said petition no objection
was made thereon or filed, and it being deemed for the best
interests of the City of Yakima that said petition be granted and
portion of said Basement be vacated, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the perpetual easement existing in favor
of the City of Yakima, Washington for the purpose of laying,
operating and maintaining a sewer pipe line upon the following
described real property situated in Yakima, Yakima County, Washing-
'oon, to-wits
•
The East 5 feet of the West 80 feet of the
North 150 feet of Lot 10 Cottage Hill Addition;
and the North 10 feet of the South 155 feet of
the East 189 feet of Lot 10 . Cottage Hill Addi—
tion; and the West 50 feet of the North 10 feet of
the South 155 feet of Lot 55 in Kere s Villa Lots,
all within the City of Yakima, Washington.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
gffect thirty days after its passages approval and publication
as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, signed and approved this
