City Council Regular Meeting

Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment
Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours
prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a
"Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council.

There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per
speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written
communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits
electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or
against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election.

Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without
discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if
approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration.

C. Approve payment of disbursements for the period September 1 - 30, 2025
D. Resolution authorizing a contract with Interwest Construction, Inc. for Project SC2842 Yakima
Arboretum Force Main Rehabilitation (Wastewater Capital Fund 476)
E. Resolution accepting the grant and loan agreement with Yakima County Supporting
Investments in Economic Development (SIED)for Mead Avenue pedestrian crossing signal to
support G.S. Long
F. Resolution to execute a repayment agreement with G.S. Long for the Mead Ave pedestrian
crossing signal project (Arterial Streets fund, developer to pay)
G. Resolution authorizing the second amendment to Lease Agreement#2 with McCormick Air at
the Yakima Airport (Revenue to Airport Fund)
H. Resolution authorizing acceptance of a National Highway System award with the Washington
State Department of Transportation for the S 1st St Pavement Rehabilitation Project 2885

I. Resolution authorizing acceptance of a National Highway System award with the Washington
