ITEM TITLE: City's response to the 2025 Yakima Basin drought and future drought
preparedness efforts

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Staff will provide a verbal report to City Council updating them on how the City is responding to the
curtailment order issued by the Department of Ecology due to current drought conditions. In addition, will
provide future drought preparedness efforts already being planned and implemented by staff.
