WHEREAS, the City of Yakima self insures as to claims; and WHEREAS, the attached Claim Report contains information on the various claims submitted to the City of Yakima along with the disposition; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The attached and incorporated 1st Quarter 2005 Claim Report, together with all payments and disbursements listed therein, is hereby accepted, approved, affirmed, and ratified.
