ITEM TITLE: Set date of November 12, 2025 for a public hearing regarding the Ad
Valorem Tax (property tax) for collection in 2026

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
It is necessary and desirable to schedule a public hearing on November 12, 2025, regarding Revenue
Sources and Consideration of Legislation pertaining to Ad Valorem (Property) Tax to be levied for
collection in 2026, pursuant to RCW 84.55.120. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input,
comments, and questions from community members and other interested parties concerning the
proposed property tax levy for 2026.

RECOMMENDATION: Set the date.
