Place: Council Chambers, City Hall, 129, N. 2nd St. Staff: Connor Kennedy, Associate Planner/ Historic Preservation Liaison I. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 P.M. II. Roll Call Commissioners Bussey, Edmondson, Hall, and Mann were present, with Commissioner King absent. III. Approval of Meeting Minutes from 6/25/25 Commissioner Mann moves for approval of minutes, Commissioner Bussey seconds, passes unanimously IV. Audience Participation Mary Place of the Yakima Planning Commission spoke to HPC regarding new procedures for communication between HPC and the Planning Commission. V. New Business Senior Planner Jason Radtke is introduced to HPC VI. Old Business Staff Liaison shares update on Naches Ave HOZ progress VII. Other Business HPC discusses postcard / certificate of appreciation campaign VIII. Adjournment A motion to adjourn to September 24, 2025 was passed with a unanimous vote. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:30 P.M.
