AN ORDINANCE transferring the sum of 82,505,00 within the 1960
appropriation for 41 - Cemetery.
WHEREAS a surplus exists in Account 7-46 Equipment Parts
and Repair of the Maintenance and Operation classification and
in Account 6 Land Improvement of the Capital or Betterment
Accounts classification all within the 1960 appropriation for
41 - Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, additional money is needed in Account 7-06 -
Hourly Labor of. the Salaries Classification and in Accounts
7-40 - Auto Parts, 7-41 Auto Fuel, 7-54 - Heat and Fuel and
7-55 - Light and Power of the Maintenance P. Operations classi-
fication, all within the 1960 appropriation for 41 - Cemetery,
• because of extensive land improvement being performed by city
forces on an hourly basis rather than letting a contract for the
Perfo mance of the same and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it in the best interests
of the people of the City of Yakima to make the transfers herein
provided for and the action contemplated is authorized by R.O.W.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1 That the following sums are hereby trans-
ferred within the 1960 appropri'ltion for 41 - Cemetery, to-wit
