WYEREAS, surplusses exist in Accounts 7-04 -Clerical, and 7-05 - Other Per Annum of the Salaries classification of the 1960 appropriation for 52 - Water, and WFUREAS„ additional money is needed in Account C85-085 Commercial Office Expenses of the Maintenance & Operations Classi- fication of the 1960 appropriation for 52 - Water because of the necessity for re-styling - the addressograph plates which could not have been contemplated at the time of the adoption of the 1950 Budget, and. • WEEREAS, additional money is needed in Account G92 - Store Expenses (warehouse) and RE2O3a - Cars and Trucks of the 1960 appropriation for 52 - Water because of the necessity of painting portions of the warehouse and automotive equipment which could not have been contemplated at the time of the adoption of the 1950 Budget, and. WHEREA S a surplus exists in Account 7 - Extra Help of the Salaries Classification of the 1960 appropriation for 53 - Sewer Maintenance and WHEREAS, a surplus exf. in Account 7-47 - Sewer Infil- tration Repair of the Maintenance 84 Operation Classification of the 1960 appropriation for 53 - Sewer Maintenance, and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in Account 6-05 - Storm Sewer Construction of the Capital or Betterment Accounts Clausificatiou of the 1960 appropriation for 53 - Sewer Maintonancet and WHEREAS, additional sums are required in Accounts 7-37 - Expendable Tools, 7-40 - Auto. - Parts & Repair 7-41 - Auto Motor Fuel, Etc, 7-55 - Light & Power of the Maintenance & Operations classification and in Account 6-06 - Sanitary Sewer Construction of the Capital or Betterment Accounts classification, all within the 1960 appropriation for 53 - Sewer Maintenance because of the necessity for sanitary sewer construction outside of the construction under Local Improvement Districts, and WaEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the people of the City of Yakima to make the transfers herein provided and an emergency exists and the action contemplated herein is authorized by R.O.W. 35.33.120 now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OP YAKIMA: Section 1.
