The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance. Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 41,11 3. Public Comment \� There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Resolution accepting developer agreement with GS Long for the Mead Ave pedestrian crossing signal (Fund ???) F. Resolution granting a permanent easement to Yakima County for the construction and maintenance of flood control works for the Gap to Gap Ecosystem Restoration project G. Resolution approving a temporary access and right-of-way agreement with Yakima County over property at the City of Yakima Wastewater Treatment Plant for the construction of flood control works for the Gap to Gap Ecosystem Restoration project H. Resolution authorizing agreement with HLA for Naches River Bridge Repair Project 2801 (Streets Capital Fund) I. Adjournment The next meeting is a City Council study session on October 14, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. 13. Council General Information A. Preliminary Council Agendas for the October 14, 2025 study session and the October 21, 2025 regular meeting Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings. Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's office at (509) 575-6037 at least two business days prior to the meeting.
