• - .•. 0'3.DIVINCE , AN ORDINANCE amending Section 8r'0 of Ordinance No B-2095 as amended, the same being an ordinance es- tablishing zones in the City of Yakima; reg- ulating and limiting the use of buildings and land; est9blishing usP, height, area and off- street parking regulations; providing for yards, courts and other open spaces, providing for the adoption of maps - showing the boundaries of erAd zones; providing for a Board of ludjust ment;'providing for the administration and en forcement of this ordinance, and fixing pen- alties for the violation of its provisions, and declaring an emergency. BE IT ORM\INED BY THE CITY OF Y=MA: Section 1. That Section 800 of Ordinance No B-2095, as amended, •ls hereby amended to read as follows: Section 800: LAND Un. In a B-2 Zone, no building shall be erected, reconstructed or struc- turally altered, nor shall any building or land be used for any purpose except as hereinafter seecifi- cally provided and allowed by this Article, subject to the provisions of article 14 governing off-street • parking requirements. In a B-2 Zone, the following uses Only are permitted. 1. Retail stores excepting those dispensing alco- holic beverages for consumption on the premises. 2, Personal service shops. 3. Business or professional offices. 4. Medical and Dental clinics. 5. Financial institutions. 6. Restaurants. 7. Printing establishments. 8. Theaters. 9. Gasoline Service Stations provided; a. ]o open space in this zone may be used for the storage, display, or sale of used vehi- cles or equipment. b. No service station shall hereafter be erected or lo- cated within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any • sehool„ park, playground, hospital, church or any of the residential zones.' Existing stations, otherwise conforming'in this zone, shall not be considered as 41/ non-conforming uses. • c. Lighting for said use, including permitted illumina- ted signs, shall be so arranged so as not to reflect or cause glare into any residential zone.
