ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with TTC Construction
Inc. for WWTP Primary Digester Pipe Replacement Project WF2805

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City of Yakima Project WF2805 provided for the replacement of ductile iron pipe with PVC pipe for the
primary digester.
Final inspection for this project is complete with a recommendation that the project be accepted. Project
completion is subject to certificate of release from Labor& Industries, Department of Revenue, and
Employment Security Department.
Project Manager: Marc Cawley
Contractor: TTC Construction Inc
Contract Award: $174,317.34
Final Contract Cost: $158,072.38
Retainage Due: $7,297.89
The total contract is for the construction only and does not include engineering and other costs. City
Council action is requested to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

April 23, 2025. Physical Completion does not imply the City's acceptance of the
work or the contract.
