SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
City of Yakima Project 2603 provided for the N 2nd Street & Staff Sgt. Pendleton Way Sidewalk
Replacement Project 2603.
Final inspection for this project has been completed, and project acceptance is recommended. Project
completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue.
Project Manager: Dana Kallevig
Contractor: Knobel's Electric Inc
Contract Award: $229,307
Final Contract Cost: $232,772.20
Retainage Due: $11,638.61
City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
