Received request to inspect Sycamore tree located at 24 Chicago Avenue. The adjacent

outgrown its planting site and has damaged both sidewalk and gutter. Wayne Deason,
Streets Supervisor intends to replace both sidewalk and gutter upon removal. Since this
tree does not meet our criteria of being dead, diseased or dying it will require Council
