Field Board relating to the time and place of regular meetings. • WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter.14.08 RCW, and by the Joint Air Terminal Operations Agreement dated June 30, 1982, the City of Yakima ("City") and Yakima County ("County") jointly own and operate the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister l .field• (the .Airport); and - WHEREAS, the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field Board (the Board) is the regulatory and administrative agency of the City and County for the Airport, with authority under RCW 14.08.200(7) to adopt rules and regulations for the management, government, and use of Airport properties; and Aa9GTt say^:=R;t.,.. We continue to meet on the 41h Thursday of the month, except for November and December, when our meeting is on the 3rd Thursday..
