SUMMARY EXPLANATION: In 1998 a contract was established between ONDS and the

organizations using office space at the Center. This program was successful, but the contract has
expired with S5000 of unspent funds.
The Center has requested a new contract for the balance of the unspent funds to provide rental
assistance at the Center.
At the City Council Neighborhood Development Subcommittee meeting on August 24, 2000 this
request was discussed and recommended to be forward for City Council approval.
