It appears we need the city councils approval to remove a tree in the right of way planting strip on the west side of south fourth street to install a driveway to our parking lot. Subject tree is the third tree north of Walnut, on west side of So. 4th, approx. 75 feet from the corner, and nearly centered on the subject lot. We do intend to landscape unused corners of our new parking lot and will be happy to plant a new tree as a replacement. Please let me know if you approve as soon as possible. Thank you.
