The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance. Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 41,11 3. Public Comment \� There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. Resolution authorizing grant acceptance from the Department of Commerce for the 2026 Growth Management Act Periodic Update (General Fund) C. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to Task 1 205 Order No. 2022-01 entered into with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. for the Water/Irrigation and Wastewater Divisions Low-Income and Unserved Utility Areas Project AC2570 and SC2605 (Grant Funded) D. Resolution authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with Yakima Valley Office of Emergency Management to provide preparation and carrying out of plans for responding to and the protecting of persons and property within the City of Yakima (General Fund) 8. Preliminary Council Agendas for the July 8, 2025 study session and July 15, 2025 regular meeting Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings. Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's office at (509) 575-6037 at least two business days prior to the meeting.
