Jeff Cutter, Interim City Manager Executive Minutes Action Items  Presentation and Discussion on Development at 24th and Nob Hill with Hogback Development Company Council member Coffey asked that Hawkins prepare a resolution to bring to the June Council meeting allowing the City to fill out a SIED application on behalf of Hogback Development for their right of way permit request.  Craft Beverage Yakima Update – Attendance by Members of CBY Meghann Quinn of Bale Breaker Brewing Co, Phil Cline of Naches Heights Vineyard, Linda Haralson of AntoLin Cellars, Kathryn Goodson of Kana Winery, and Ben Grossman of Hop Nation Brewing Company presented updates on the wo rk of Craft Beverage Yakima – including presenting marketing materials, a recent FAM Tour, and other collaborative efforts between this mixed industry group.  RECON Conference in Las Vegas Waddle expressed his appreciation and the importance of the City’s participation in the conference; noting that the attendance by the City shows retailers that there is an active interest for development and growth. An updated brochure will be printed in time for the conference. Hawkins, Cousens, and Adkison will all attend the conference.  Strategic Economic Development Planning Conference The following agencies and organizations be invited to participate in a meeting scheduled in early May; RCDR, YVT, YCDA, YCC, HCC, and the City to discuss regional collaborations between local economic groups.  Downtown Housing Incentive Program Monty Mills is interested in applying for the tax credit incentive. Coffey recommended that the City begin work on bringing a resolution forward to council.
