If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
