AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. B=2286 and dissolving Local Improve-
ment District No® 869.
WHEREAS, Local Improvement District No. 869 was created by Ordi-
nance No B-2286 adopted April 29, 1959, and
WHEREAS, said Local Improvement District No 869 was for the
purpose of installing water pipe in the following described area, to-
wit:
Lots 2 to 9 inclusive, except West 140 feet, Block 2 Terminal
Addition;
Lots 13 to 15 inclusive, Block 2 Terminal Addition;
Beginning 4163 feet East of the N.W. corner of NEV., SW,
Section 30, Township 13 North, Range 19, E.W.M.; thence
S. 45° 55° E. 136.2 feet, thence S. 17° 34 E. 523 feet,
thence South 74 feet, thence S. 48° 30' E. 283 feet,
thence S. 59° 17' E. 93.5 feet to 0.W.R. and N. Co. right
of way, thence Northwesterly along West line of said

and
WHEREAS, Oscar Larson, the owner of more than 75% of the land to
be benefited by the proposed improvement, has requested the abandoning
of this project for the reason that he is purchasing more property in
the area and that thefinal development will be considerably different
than that contemplated in the original plan, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Sectionl, That Ordinance No B-2286 of the City of Yakima 1
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Local Improvement District No. 869 is hereby
dissolved.

411 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30
days after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by
law and by the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, signed and approved this 18th day of
January, 1961.
