BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: SectlonL. That Ordinance No. 194 is hereby amended by adding - • thereto a new section designated as Sectien 9-A, to re.d as 'follows, to-wit: "Section 9-A. In addition to the prescribed rates of. pay and other allowances provided for in this ordinance, officers and employees of the City shall te entitled to reimbursement for, or the benefit from the following classes of.official expendi- tures: • 1. Officers and employees ohall be entitled to rimburs- merit when they are required, with the specific written approval of the City Manager to Jake necessary out-of- . pocket expenditures within or without the .City 4f .a nature. beyond those normally associated with th per- romance of the routine official duties of such indi- viduals, for purposes which principally promote develop or publicize the City's best Anterests. ?.
