If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without 1 discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. Approval of minutes from the February 18, 2025 City Council regular meeting B. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Procurement AIP# 3-53-0089-054-2023 C. Resolution authorizing the write-off of certain uncollectable central accounts receivables D. Resolution authorizing the write-off of certain uncollectable utility accounts receivables E. Resolution authorizing the write-off of certain uncollectable parking citations F. Resolution authorizing an agreement with KDA Architecture Inc. for architectural design, space and needs planning services G. City Manager Update 11. Other Business 12. Adjournment The next meeting is a City Council study session on March 11, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. 13. Council General Information A. Preliminary Council Agendas for the March 11, 2025 study session and March 18, 2025 regular meeting B. Distribution of the Complete Record for a proposed rezone and environmental review for six parcels totaling 3.12 acres from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Small Convenience Center (SCC) proposed by Lincoln Legacy West LLC. Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
