For Meeting of: March 4, 2025 ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Procurement AIP# 3-53-0089-054-2023 SUBMITTED BY: Robert Hodgman, Yakima Airport Director SUMMARY EXPLANATION: This project included the procurement of Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) which were two high speed runway plows. The airport had two 1992 Oshkosh runway plows that had exceeded their useful life and the aging equipment continued to have major maintenance problems. The high-speed runway plows are essential to keep operations and the airport open during the winter months.
