AGENDA STATEMENT
SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At a Council meeting in December, the City Council reviewed alternatives for performing downtown
maintenance services and costs associated with the work. Council directed staff to meet with the DYBID
Board to evaluate options and come back with an update in 45 days.
City management met with the DYBID Board on January 16, 2025 to discuss the options presented to
Council in December. The DYBID Board Chair, Ben Hittle, will be making a presentation to the City
Council.
